TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF GOODS

Please read the following important information before you buy anything on our website.

By making a purchase through our website you are buying products subject to these terms and you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

• The user adds products to a basket and then clicks the basket to proceed to checkout. Finally the user completes the process and clicks 'pay now' to confirm the order. When you place your order we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted.
• We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This may include, but is not limited to, the following reasons: products are unavailable, we cannot authorise your payment, there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the products.
• We will confirm your order by email. At this point a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us and your order will be fulfilled. All sales are final.
• These products are not available for re-sale or distribution by any other party other than Truckin Republic Pty Ltd.
• The prices of all products will be displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD) price includes GST at the applicable rate and does not include the cost of shipping.
• You agree that the Products are being sold "as is", without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied (except as required by law), regarding the condition of the Products.
• We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and effectively. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on our website.
• These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version of these Terms is displayed on our Website. You agree to the terms as published at the time of your purchase.
